ACTEMRA  (Tocilizumab)

It can treat moderate to severe rheumatoid arthritis. It can also treat polyarticular juvenile idiopathic arthritis (PJIA) and systemic juvenile idiopathic arthritis (SJIA).

AVONEX  (Interferon beta-1a)

It can treat multiple sclerosis (MS).  [Other brands: Rebif Rebidose, Rebif Titration Pack and Rebif]

BONIVA  (Ibandronic acid)

It can treat or prevent osteoporosis.

CIMZIA  (Certolizumab pegol)

It can treat Crohn's disease, rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis.

ELEPRASE  (Idursulfase) 

It can improve walking ability in people with mucopolysaccharidosis II (MPS II) or Hunter syndrome.

ENTYVIO  (Vedolizumab)

It is a monoclonal antibody for the treatment of ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease. It binds to integrin α₄β₇.  Blocking the α₄β₇ integrin results in gut-selective anti-inflammatory activity.

FABRAZYME (Agalsidase beta) 

Agalsidase beta reduces deposits of globotriaosylceramide (GL-3) in the kidneys and certain other cells in the body. It is used in the treatment of Fabry disease (a deficiency of alpha-galactosidase A enzyme). Fabrazyme may also be used for purposes other than those listed here.

GAMMAGARD  (Immune Globulin Intravenous [Human] 10%)

Gammagard Liquid is a preparation of highly purified and concentrated immunoglobulin G antibodies used to treat primary immune deficiency, and to reduce the risk of infection in individuals with poorly functioning immune systems such as those with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). Gammagard Liquid is also used to increase platelets (blood clotting cells) in people with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) and to prevent aneurysm caused by a weakening of the main artery in the heart associated with Kawasaki syndrome. Gammagard Liquid is also used to treat chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy (CIDP), a debilitating nerve disorder that causes muscle weakness and can affect daily activities.

GAMMAGARD SD  (Immune Globulin Intravenous [Human])

Immune Globulin Intravenous  is a sterile, freeze-dried preparation of highly purified immunoglobulin G derived from large pools of human plasma.

GAMMAPLEX  (Immune Globulin Intravenous [Human], 5% liquid)

This is for the treatment of primary humoral immunodeficiency (PI) in adults and pediatric patients two years of age and older and for the treatment of chronic immune thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP).

GAMUNEX-C  (Immune Globulin [human] 10% Caprylate/Chromatography Purified)

This is also used to increase platelets in people with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP).  It is also used to treat chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy (CIDP), a debilitating nerve disorder that causes muscle weakness.

GLASSIA  (Alpha-1 Proteinase Inhibitor [Human])

This is used to treat lung problems (emphysema) caused by a certain inherited disease (alpha-1-proteinase inhibitor deficiency).

NUCALA (Mepolizumab) 

This is a humanized monoclonal antibody used for the treatment of severe eosinophilic asthma. It recognizes and blocks interleukin-5, a signalling protein of the immune system.

ORENCIA  (Abatacept)

This is a drug used to treat autoimmune diseases like rheumatoid arthritis, by interfering with the immune activity of T cells. It is a modified antibody. Abatacept is a fusion protein composed of the Fc region of the immunoglobulin IgG1 fused to the extracellular domain of CTLA-4.

OCREVUS  (Ocrelizumab)

This is a humanized anti-CD20 monoclonal antibody. It targets CD20 marker on B lymphocytes and hence is an immunosuppressive drug. Ocrevus binds to an epitope that overlaps with the epitope to which rituximab binds.

PRIVIGEN  (Immune Globulin Intravenous (Human) 10% Liquid)

This is a sterilized solution made from human plasma that contains the antibodies to help your body protect itself against infection from various diseases used to treat patients with primary immunodeficiency (PI) associated with defects in humoral immunity.

PROLIA  (Denosumab)

It can treat osteoporosis and hypercalcemia. It can also treat bone cancer and bone problems in patients who have cancer.

RECLAST  (Zoledronic Acid)

It can treat high blood calcium levels. In addition it can treat bone damage caused by Paget's disease, multiple myeloma, and cancers that spread to the bone. It can also treat osteoporosis and reduce the risk of hip fractures in certain patients.

REMICADE  (Infliximab)

It can treat rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, Crohn's disease, plaque psoriasis, and ulcerative colitis.

RENFLEXIS  (Infliximab Abda)

This is used to treat Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis. It is also used to treat ankylosing spondylitis, plaque psoriasis, and some forms of arthritis.

RITUXAN  (Rituximab)

This is a medication used to treat certain autoimmune diseases and types of cancer.

SIMPONI ARIA  (Golimumab)

It can treat rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and ulcerative colitis.

SOLIRIS (Eculizumab)

It can treat paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH) and atypical hemolytic uremic syndrome (aHUS).

STELARA (Ustekinumab)

This treats plaque psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis.

TYSABRI (Natalizumab)

This treats Crohn's disease and multiple sclerosis (MS).

VENOFER (Iron Sucrose)

This is a commonly used treatment for iron deficiency anemia. This replaces iron in the blood to foster red blood cell production in patients with chronic kidney disease.

VPRIV (Velaglucerase Alfa)

This can treat type 1 Gaucher disease.

XOLAIR (Omalizumab)

This can treat asthma and chronic idiopathic urticaria.
